EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Exchanges can be made subject to the following conditions:

  1. Only full-priced items in original packaging, have not been worn or damaged in any way.
  2. Design exchange (subject to availability).
  3. You may return and exchange the order within 3 days from receiving the items (subject to stock availability).
  4. The items received are slightly different to the items ordered.
  5. Shipping and handling fees incurred when returning an item to SUBRTED’ are borne by the customers and we are not liable until item(s) reaches our studio.
  6. SUBRTED’ will bear the shipping and handling fee for instances when an item was wrongly shipped only.
  7. You may exchange the product one to one (if available) or (if not available) with another product of the same value.
  8. You may choose to exchange with another product of greater value, and you will be charged with the difference of price. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, no refunds will be given.
  9. A shipping and handling fee will be charged to the customers upon approved exchange.
  10. Exchanges can only be made once, and all exchanges are final.
  11. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  12. We do not provide refunds, only exchange of items.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  1. Leave your queries in our LIVE CHAT or WHATSAPP within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  2. Please state the screenshot of email purchase along with the photo of item received and reason for the exchange.
  3. All exchanged items must be shipped via J&T only.
  4. When packing the item to be shipped for exchange, please ensure the SUBRTED’ dustbag is protected with a packaging layer (depends on the design).
  5. Exchanges will not be accepted should there be any damage to the bag. This includes the SUBRTED’ dustbag.
  6. To ensure safe delivery, all exchanged items must be sent using a courier service with tracking.
  7. SUBRTED’ will not be liable for any loss of exchange items in transit. Kindly WhatsApp us the tracking number.
  8. Do WhatsApp us for further enquiries.
  9. SUBRTED’ has the right to deny any exchange request although the conditions above are met.
